I walked into the Clearwater Branch to buy an Ad-hoc data bundle since I was running out of my bundle - 20 August 2013. Johan helped me, and told me that it will take an hour to activate, before I can use my phone as per normal. Which I did. At the end of the month I got a massive bill, and found out that the Clearwater shop never loaded the Ad-hoc bundle, and I've been billed out of bundle rates, which is what I tried to avoid in the first place. I've been to the shop twice, on the phone with Karen 3x and twice with George the branch manager without any solution. While on the phone with George roughly 2 weeks ago, he found the transaction on the system and said that it was declined because of lack of paper work, and that it's the shops fault and will be sorted out. No communication from them since, so I called to get an update, and still no solution. Please help?
