Now it's my problem!

I have just upgraded to the Nokia Lumia 920, I can't get any service on the phone and was asked to take it back and get a new phone.

When calling Vodashop Clearwater, where I did my upgrade, I get told that they are out of stock. And that's where the service ends. No alternative, just come back another day. Now I sit with the problem and they can't give a! Is that how Vodacom works now!!!
