Stained or dirty bottle

I'm disappointed that I had to buy a cold drink at pick n pay location only to my surprise the bottle inside is stained or rather say dirty if it was from the outside I could've understood, what if I and my family had consumed it without noticing and later end up in hospital or something maybe worse... I'm very disappointed for a trusted big company like coca cola
