the above-mentioned company has sold me the mobile contract phone via telephone on the 20th of October 2023 which i have agreed on basis that their delivery will take 7-10 working days from that date
they have never delivered according to their promise till to date, i have tried numerous times to reach them but no luck after their ten working days obviously i even contacted Mtn urban lifestyle they do not know such from their side, the sad part was that the debit mandate was approved on my bank for the debit to go through on the 18th of this month for something i dont have it on hand i feel like i have been scammed hence why i'm reporting to this platform before the debit can go through . your swift response on the matter will be highly appreciated. my name is Wezile Bokveldt, i have also laid a complaint on Altech nupay division which is the refference on my banking debit, they suggested for me to call the this above mentioned scammers though i told them i have benn calling them the past two weeks and no one picks up the phone.
