I bought a Vodacom MYGIG 2.5 data bundle through FNB online banking on 2012.12.05, planning to use it during my holiday. However, I never received this data.

I went to Vodashop and they confirmed that there is no record of Vodacom ever transferring this data onto my data Sim card. Below are the details of my online transaction.

Please refund this amount into my account.
