No reception - always a "technical problem" excuse

I recently moved into a new house in Nelspruit Steiltes. Since then i haven't been able to receive or get any calls on my phone due to NO NETWORK coverage from Vodacom. I have reported this problem to Vodacom on a daily basis, along with the numbers of 7 other people having the same issue in the area and to date (over a week) i still can't phone, or connect to the internet using Vodacom's coverage. The excuse... the Vodacom Tower at the towns Water Tower has a problem and technicians are working around the clock to fix the problem. I think if they can't get it fixed by now they should just give up...
I am loosing business and my patience has run out.
Frustrated with a monthly contract that I have to pay, but i don't get the service.
If i don't pay my phone account - Vodacom will block my account - but Vodacom can't provide the service then i just have to be patient... and keep paying...
Yesterday i was told the same thing, strange how another family member of mine phoned to also complain and they told them it's two houses down from mine that is "taking" all the coverage... either no one knows what is the problem or the call centre is just making excuses they dream up.
