I was shocked to see the new Vodacom ad, showing how vodacom has network coverage everywhere, yet I live in an urban area and have a problem with coverage. I've called the call center twice and told them, even when I have visitors over that use the same service provider, experience the very same problem. They asked me to go knock at 5 of my neighbours doors and find out if they are experiencing the. same problem. Mind the fact that I'm new to the neighbour hood and here I am asking such questions. I at times I have to use my helpers phone who's on MTN and she seems to have full network coverage. Both my cellphone and internet modem have problem only when I'm in doors. Can some help me cause I'm not about to knock on neighbours doors to find out if they have the same problem yet very one that visit me that uses vodacom and CellC have the same problem. I'm more concern about vodacom as I'm a vodacom subscriber.
