Phone in for the 5th Time!!!

We have sent in a Blackberry 9300 in for repairs 5 TIMES already after the 1st 3 times it was replaced and we were given a different phone but to no SURPRISE the phone went in again for the battery and the phone was "TESTED" and to no surprise the phone had to be taken in again as the scroller was jumping around, this issue started with the 1st phone and now it has started with the 2nd phone! I am sure Cell C / research in motion is in breach of contract as the device is not working properly and should have been exchanged with a newer model that does not have any issues. When we took in the second Blackberry to "head office" we spoke to a woman by the name of Angie and she admitted that the Blackberry 9300 Curve was a factory fault phone and that is why they were discontinued, but ONCE again the phone was "repaired" and it has been at the repair department for 3 weeks now and we have not heard a word about it. THIS IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC!!! I have resolution to this issue why does Cell C / Research in motion CANCEL the contract and we can move to a cellular provider that actually cares about their customers unlike Cell C.
