This complaint is directed to vodacom as a whole, I come from a rural area in Limpopo called Ga Modjadji sehlakong, Head Kraal. We have been having Network coverage problem ever since the existence of vodacom as an entity for over 15 or 20 years.
I want to find out from vodacom about their plans to upgrade its infrastructures if ever it exist. or should we move to another service provide. I have both data and cell phone contract but I can't even make use of that when I'm home.
Vodacom claim to be best service provide in the country but we are not seeing that.
This problem affects over 2000 or more families around that area.
1. I would appreciate a response about this matter and a way forward.
2. If the answer is negative, will vodacom allow me to cancel my contracts without paying penalties.
