I live in the town of Wartburg KZN and on numerous occasions I have lodged faults with Vodacom regarding there poor net work and deteriorating network coverage from the Wartburg tower. Over the past two years it has got worse and worse, yet when we go to Dalton there is 3 g coverage but Wartburg still runs on a very low quality edge. To make calls from Wartburg is a problem as they keep dropping when you trying to have a conversation.
Wake up Vodacom MTN is putting in new towers with 3 g coverage yet wheres Vodacom???
Problem with the call centres is that you can never get to anyone higher to tell them what is going on.???
