I move to Malvern 5 years ago and ever since cannot get proper network coverage. We've had 5 contracts with Vodacom (among family members) and recently cancelled 3 of them. I have complain numerous time to vodacom but to no avail.. Moved over to Mtn and coverage works 100% perfectly. I still have 2 contracts with Vodacom, one of which is longer then 10 years. Yesterday 07/10/13 Ashlyn from vodacom called me to find out again what problem I' am having and after relying my problem to his manager the response was, "the only solution they have for me is that I MUST PURCHASE A DEVICE TO BOOST THE SIGNAL". I believe the proper procedure was to get technical staff out to really check what's causing the network no coverage. If I had purchased this signal boosting device (which I would never have) and still receive no network then??? The most non sensical part was the manager wouldn't want to give me his name. When my present 2 contracts expire I will cancel and move to Mtn. 5 CONTRACTS LOST VODACOM!!!
