In april I changed my banking details and it was updated on the system, the debit order wasn't processed on my account and I had to pay 100 admin fees, since april this kept happening each month, I phoned about 5 time updating my details and still no debit order went through on my account. I paid about R200 admin fees. I phoned today 09/07/2013 wanting to know whats happening the person enquired just told me she doesnt know, this is going to have a negative impact on my credit record showing that I am a slow payer.
