Unable to get help with my iPHONE

In Dec 2012 I took a contract with MTN at the iSTORE in Sandton city. The phone had problems connecting to blue tooth and headsets. While within warranty they could not lend me a phone while the phone was gone for repairs, I made a decision to continue with it. I now have renewed the contact thus have another phone to use. First I went to the iSTORE asking them to repair the phone and they said I need to do it with MTN, I sent the phone for repairs via MTN Brooklyn store. They said sent me an sms that it will cost me a minimum of R4200 to fix the phone. I asked for a breakdown they said they have not even checke the fault anfd that is a standard sms they send to everyone. They said they cannot touch my phone until I provide them with my initial contract. I called the iSTORE sandton requesting the invoice and spoke to Keith on the 6th of June, he promised to send me the contract within 48 hours. 0n the 14th of June I called again and spoke to Lerato Sekoko who also promised to send me the initial invoice while waiting for he contract to be retrieved. 28 June I called Lerato again and sent her an e-mail, To date my iPHONE is still not fixed and I have not received anythi. Please help
