Migration to Red VIP not sincronized properly

I had since migrated to Red VIP subscription on my contract from the 3rd of july. I received a bill from the supplier of R4.5k which included the calls from last month. Though during the migration i told the consultant that my bill comes mid month and not month end. i was told all will be taken care off. my problem is why is the migration not synchronised that the bill will not include different subscription at different times.
