My account was debited with R100 more than what was supposed to be debited. When I contacted Vodacom they took forever to answer their phones. so, I went to online chat, and spoke to a Yolanda. She advised me that due to the fact that my debit order was reversed, they took off extra R100 for admin fees. (Please note: it has happened before, BUT NEVER was there taken off so much for admin fees.) All I want to know is why is the admin fees so high. It is ridiculous!!!
