Can it get any worst...
Last week I wanted to change my bank details because my debit order returned as I'm not using that bank account any longer. The agent said that I must send proof of bank account to change my bank details. I then responded to say that I will do so as soon as possible and that the re-debit should not take place until I've changed my bank details...
So what did Discovery Life decided to do... DEBIT MY WRONG BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN!!! After I asked in several e-mails NOT TO DEBIT THE WRONG ACCOUNT UNTIL I'VE UPDATED MY BANK DETAILS...
Well... now I sit with the bank charges... poor credit record and of course I have to fix this...
Discovery life... you need to teach your staff how to read because any person could clearly see on my mails that I DON'T WANT THE DEBIT ORDER TO GO THROUGH THE WRONG ACCOUNT AGAIN, THEY SHOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL I UPDATE MY BANK DETAILS... OK... perhaps I should just make sure someone reads this... DO NOT DEBIT MY CURRENT BANK ACCOUNT UNTIL I'VE CHANGED THE BANK DETAILS BECAUSE I DON'T USE THE CURRENT ACCOUNT DETAILS YOU HAVE ON YOUR SYSTEM ANYMORE... OK, once more... DO NOT DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT UNTIL I'VE CHANGED THE BANK DETAILS!
