Call center not helpful. Can someone explain to me why you let debit orders go through on my account on days I havent agreed upon. I have debit order being allowed to go through a day before the agreed day only for them to be go through 24 hours later. You then charge me admin fees and unpaid debit order fees. This months I was charged R379.50. I need my hard earned money back. Such things should not be happening.
