BAD ADMIN EXPERIENCE

Dear Vodacom, to my surprise in last month up till the 6 of June you did not deduct my monthly payment from my credit card. If I did not call you are the first people to add on my payment profile a slow payer indicator. BUT YOU DECIDED NOT TO HAVE DEBITORDERS ANY MORE FROM CREDIT CARD BUT NO BOTHER TO INFORM ME. I called and got the news, I made a new debit order from my chq account and I asked what the amount was and payed my May amount directly in R1813.90. Today I saw on my list of debit orders for next week you have loaded an amount of R3549.77. Never ever have I had an account with that amount. I called and now I am behind??? due to your bad administration I am behind. No you are behind. My amount of the new debit order should be R3549.77 MINUS R1813.90 = R1735.87. Go and look at my amounts per month R1759.06 for Mrt and R1807.55 for Febr so please get your admin correct. I have never had such an amount, I am not behind. Do not try to deduct R3549.77 next week or put me on for a slow payer. Get the amount of the debit order corrected. I have previously MAKEN USE OF THE CUSTOMER PROTECTION ACT AND WON MY CASE AND YOU HAD TO TAKE BAKE THE INCORRECT PHONE.
