Debit order deductions taken double

This is not the first time that 8ta takes money from my account in advance I phoned in December 2013 to make arrangements and they deducted R1500.00 from my account which was fine. Now today again they deducted R1500.00 which I cannot find to understand why so much and without consulting with me, the arrangement for December 2013 was that they will only deduct R400.00 and not lessor in January 2014 . Today I phoned again and spoke to a consultant now he is telling me that there was admin fees involved this is not on for me and when I gave my new banking details they advised me that the debit order is for the last day of the month I don't want to dispute this money I want it be paid back into my account today still and I struggle to find that they dont have anything on their system with me making arrangements but they have my new banking details? How odd If Ido not get a response today I am taking this matter to the Ombudsman.
