Out of stock/bad service/ rude

On renewal of my contract, the last time i do that. Winely told me that the store was out of stock of my phone. Winely promised to call me to confirm stock was arriving on the Monday. No call by Wednesday so I called in and waited 5 min for the call to be answered. Apparently stock was in so I made the journey again. Get my phone and tablet, sadly the phone keeps turning off and is faulty. I return to the store within the 7 days, forgot the charger! So they cannot take the phone. I fetch the charger, return the phone and I am again promised a call. No call I phone the store and they say they have stock, get there no stock. Winely promises me a phone the next day and that the "OBF" has approved a new phone. get to the store again no stock! Phone Winely on Monday to find out my phone was there the whole time and the OBF was not approved? Return to the store after a phone call with Winely in which I was told to keep quiet "so he can talk" to get the same faulty device which is still turning off. At the store was another disgruntled customer on his 3rd visit to the store, seems to be a trend? Now off to the store again to return the phone. You would think they would at least deliver?
