My mother and I bought a couch and a bed on the 3rd of May 2013 which was on a Friday, I have recently moved to Rustenburg and needed the furniture. My couch was delivered the same day. And I was told that the double bed was not in stock and that I would even get a queen bed for the same prize but I was told that if I take the queen bed it will only be delivered by Monday the 13th. I was promised by the store manager and the sales person that by the 13th we will definitely have the bed. I told them that it is fine and I will do without a bed until the Monday as they said it will definitely be here by Monday. I didnt receive a call from them until Monday when we gave them a call and my mom also went to the store. We were told that the stock only arrived at the warehouse on that Monday. Promise broken. And we were told that we will be getting the bed on Wednesday. I still haven't received a call about delivery. I also spoke to the customer service, which also said we will get the bed within 3 days from Monday. Tomorrow is Thursday. Still no delivery call. To think that I needed to move in on that friday but they convinced me to wait for the queen bed for few more days, but nothing
