Incompatent Unreliable Disapointing

I signed up a Samsumg S3 mini contract at the 8ta store at pavilion on the 28th of June 2013, which was a Friday. I was told that there was currently no stock but stock will arrive on Monday, Tuesday latest (02 July 13). I was told that I would be given a call as soon as the phone arrived. I did not receive any calls, so I decided to walk into the store on Wednesday (03 jul13). I was received by an unfriendly employee who simply said to me "sorry no stock". I then looked for the sales person who signed me up. He did not even recognise me and when I asked him the reason for not calling me, he said in a highly confused tone that he had forgot. he assured me that he would call me as soon as it arrived and apologised. Today is the 11 Jul 13, still no call... contract signed... no call...

unprofessional, incompetent, useless...
