On the 24/02/2013 9h00 I went to the store to upgrade my data contract. On my arrival the was a queue an only two persons helping client. After a half an our I was help by a sales lady (Lulu) she explained that the things must be order they don, t have in store. That will happen on Monday and Wednesday I can get it, but they will phone when the things are the. No called received. My wife phoned late after noon and spoke to Lulu and she said she was not their on Monday she and the was no stock she will order it now again it will be Friday there. I locked on to Mtn website lock a complaint and received this back: Yello! Thank you for sharing your complaint. We will attend to it and you will be contacted shortly. Your USD reference number is: MTN REQ:1822801.By Friday I had heard nothing. So I called 808 and lodge again a complaint. The lady said she sent it through for investigation ant they will come back to me in 2 to 48 ours. That has past now and I have not received any feed back from the store or mtn. It is now 05/03/2013.
