Couple of months ago I asked that Vodacom to fix my billing and they said I must go to the vodashop where I opened my contract. Last week I went there and I was told the most pathetic thing I have ever hesrd in the telecommunications industry ever. VOdacom is charging me a different amount for the phone and another for the top up. As far as I know in contracts you pay for the airtime and the phone is free and that is why we sign a 24 month contract. Someone has to fix this cause I cant pay so much when other people pay just R350 for the same phone and I pay almost R700. Might as well paid for the phone cash
