POOR SERVICE!!!

I recently upgraded my contract to a Samsung S4 but i cant use it cos Altech cannot active my Twin call SIM Card for over a week. I got the micro sim on 30 June 2013. I then got an SMS on Monday, 01 July 2013 to confirm my Twin call SIM is active however that was not the case. It does not pick up a service provider. I called Autopage on 05 July 2013 and was told there are no issues and they are passing it to Technical. Monday, 08 July 2013 and its still not working. I called again, i was told get the new SIM card number to confirm. I got the info and called again - correct sim card number listed. Eventually the agent spoke to their supervisor and was told the new SIM card is registered to another person and i need to get another sim card. Now i must go to a store and call the call centre for them to explain the issue to them.

Shocking service, it took under 10 minutes to upgrade my contract for a phone i cannot use and adds no value!!! Samsung promotes this phone greatly but the service to get it working is dissappointing and highly frustrating!!!
