Dear Peter,
Once again my complaint is with cellphone company. This time it is Nashua Mobile.
My account has been locked for some or the other reason and one can not reach them on the call center number.
Apparently my call limit has been reached and I have spent 30 minutes with them on the phone last week when I have received a 80% warning/notification. They clearly said that I still have 188 minutes left and 400mb data on my bundle. Suddenly all is depleted. That must be a fault on their side.
I have had it with Nashua and their empty promises.
They need to phone me and resolve the issue asap.
