Applied for the Galaxy S4, it took 3 weeks. Eventually got the phone, then there was a problem with the sim card and the porting of my number. My existing contract expired end of Sept and when I tried to use the new contract sim, it was not registered on any network. Went into Autopage The Glen, where the consultant advised me that the sim card that was given to me does not match what is on their system. He was kind enough to do a sim swop and he advised that it should be active within 24hours. Called Autopage call centre and they don't know why the network operator declined the new sim card. I am billed for a contract that has not been working from the very first day and I feel I should be compensated for the aggrevation for the lack of service from Autopage.
