Serious Processing Problems

On the 27 Dec 2013 I went to upgrade one of our 3 contract phones.
I am a Autopage customer for almost 10 years.
I have never had such drama as I have in the last past 2 weeks.

I requested a twin/duplicate SIM for my new handset. On the 30th I got an SMS notifying me that my SIM was active.
By the 5th of January, nothing had been done.
I called MTN - I was told my new SIM is not RICAed.

I called Autopage on Monday, I was told they would sort my problem out, it was on the system but not on MTN's side.
Tuesday I had no joy and called again, I was told my number is definitely RICAed on their system and should be up by midday.

Wednesday I called the Call Center and spoke to a new guy who asked where I got the sim as it has been used before. I told him this is impossible as the sim was brand new from head office and I broke the sim out of its packaging. He said it will be sorted ASAP.

Friday they say it isn't RICAed because they don't have a physical address.

Saturday the phone works - BUT it's a new number, not a twin of mine.
They now say I must get a new sim to connect it as a twin.

Lots of wasted airtime, more time off work, and have to buy a new SIM?!
Not happy!!
