Signal drop and poor reception

Hi
Poor signal and internet connectivity lost every couple of minutes.
I had urgent business to do via the iternet, but could not complete anything due Vodacom's (yet again) poor reception and signal loss.
And don't tell me "we're not aware of any problem" -consider this making you aware.
Sort your bad service out or cancel all my contracts!
