Pathetic & Poor Customer Service

I called customer care in november and spoke to surprise requesting that i would like to 2 order to sim cards one micro sim and one normal sim and one of the i want to activate for twin call/dual call facility. he said no problem they will delivery the sim cards within 7 working days and i must pay for courier. 2 weeks later no delivery i call the customer car centre no surprise working there no ref on the system lovely surprise. i speak to matthew thereafter i explain what i want as i told surprise. he assures everything will be sorted out and i will receive the sim cards in 7 working days. Mid Decemeber i received the sim card, but only one sim card and not two. Thereafter i called the customer care nobody could help. Finally the next day i call i speak to Emmanuel he tells me it will take 3 working days. I call after 3 working days i report to emmanuel its not working and he tells he will get his supervisor to call me till today no call from supervisor or emmanuel and they charged me delivery and twin call sim monthly fee
