Requested for sim card to be converted to pre-paid

During the beginning of June 2013, i called Altech Head Office (011 650 2343) to notify them that my 24 months contract will come to an end in July 2013 and i want my contract canceled. I also added that i want my MTN sim card to be activated on pre-paid thereafter. The agent advised that he will log a call as i requested and i will then receive an sms with my reference number which did not come at all. I then did a follow up a week later only to know that a agent from Altech advised that no call was logged with regards to my request. On the 14th July 2013 Altech canceled my contract but since then they have not activated my sim card to pre-paid. I have been calling Altech Head Office Jhb everyday, the agents keep on giving me new references and they have no idea whats taking so long to activate my sim card to pre-paid. I am disgusted with Altech Head Office Jhb (011 650 2343). Staff from Altech Autopage Head office needs to get there act together as soon as possible.
