Need EBUCKS Card

I finally qualified for an EBUCKS Card via FNB. I went on the website to order a card, only to be shown I already had a card. This was quite funny as I had just qualified - how can I have a card. Anyway I applied for one on 21 January 2013 - it NEVER came. I called again in February - only for them to re order other card. I called last week before the holidays - only to be told that I WILL get my card by 28.03.2013 - it is now 03.04.2013 and I STILL DONT HAVE MY CARD!!! I called the call center AGAIN (having to explain my story over over to different staff!) - only to be told that is states my card is active. Seriously? How can my card be active when I have NEVER received it!!! and I have been asking from 21 January 2013 for a card.

Now she tells me, i must go fetch it at some or other branch - WHY MUST I GO FETCH IT CAUSE OF EBUCKS INCOMPATANCE??? I must now cancel the card (The same card I don't have or never received) and re order other card - HOW LONG IS THAT GOING TO TAKE?

All I want is MY EBUCKS Card - please assist urgently - as this is getting very annoying and frustrating.
