I have been a subscriber of mtnloaded for many years. They have changed mtnloaded to mymtnmail. Since the upgrade it took me for ages to open and sent mail. I am sick and tired of the poor service. I have complaint and it doesn't seems if the person assisting me is serious to help me. According to him there is no problem with the service. I wouldn't subscribe to mtn if I knew about this problem. I know the e-mail is a free service. I wouldn't subscribe to mtn if I knew about this bad service and the attitude of the person dealing with the complaint.
