Hi, we are just another poor sucker that used this useless service, We run a well established guest house and have being using mtnloaded now for 5 years. It was switched off yesterday. We cannot see any incoming mails anymore. We receive sms from our accommodation websites for enquiries but no mail. Never mind that we were not informed that it would not work with outlook anymore. We tried to go through the [URL Removed] website but there is no mail in our inbox. We estimate a loss of about R10k of bookings that was lost. We are busy converting all our accommodation websites that we advertise on to gmail, but it is a slow process...(They also have to be care full of). Tried the call centre but the helpful person eventually cut me off because he could not help me. Tried the local MTN shop but although that were helpful the service centre could not sort it out. We have build up a customer base over the years who all have the existing email address. Furthermore all our printed advertising has the mtnloaded email address. (Business cards, pamphlets, accommodation booklets, our sign board etc. Another R15k to change. Customer perception loss R??? And I pay MTN for this!!
