MyMTNmail wont send reply mail

Ever since MTN switched from their MTNloaded to myMTNmail e-mail service,
most e-mails I receive on myMTNmail and to which I try to reply are Undelivered,
giving an error message :
"This message was created automatically by the MTNLoaded Email server.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to all of its recipients.
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO::
host [URL Removed] [41.74.193.51]: 550 Bad CT IP Reputation - (reject) - [URL Removed]
"

These are e-mails to/from regular clients whom I've never had a problem with sending before;
I'm forced to e-mail them from my wife's Telkom-account (which incidentally, delivers my e-mail fine).

Seems like myMTNmail has too rabid security settings?

I logged such a complaint with MTN online last week (still waiting),
and via Autopage (seeing I'm not permitted to phone MTN myself
- get cut-off automatically; how's that for customer relations...)

Is there anybody (competent) home?
