Trying to re-subscribe for three years

I was a subscriber to Noseweek. I am trying to re-subscribe. I fill in the online subscription request, and I get blocked every time. Then I send an email to Noseweek, and I get a first response, after that nothing happens until I get me yearly reminder. Then everything starts all over again. Believe me, I am not computer illiterate. Can it really take over three years to subscribe? I was subscribed under Deon van der Westhuizen / False Bay Roofing.
