Problems with mymtnmail and mtnloaded mail

Since 2013-12-21 mymtnmail and mtnloaded does not receive any e-mail from other servers. Nobody can give me an explanation why or when it will be working again. I need my e-mail working since I am losing business because I can't receive e-mails. Hurry up please!
