Who you are going to call?

MTNloaded e-mail is down AGAIN - this is not my gripe (they are busy upgrading it).

Problem is that I can't get hold of MTN to find out what's wrong :

Steps followed so far:
- go to MTN website to find MTN's telephone number.
- Phone 173 (MTN call Centre) - get automated response,
- select "2" of prerecorded menu (for queries regarding MTNloaded-option)
get prerecorded sub-menu with 7 options to chose from, none of which are MTNloaded!?!

So what I DO NOT WANT is MTN's automated response :

We understand the frustration you have faced in your attempt to obtain results and answers.
We apologize for any inconveniences caused.
The matter has been escalated to our support team at our business end call centre.
I have asked that they contact you to assist and advise.
"

What I DO WANT is a simple telephone number I can call
where :
- I won't be cut off because my MTN-number is linked to AutoPage
(whom understandably have no clue why MTN's e-mail is down, again;
it's not their mandate, so HelloPeter - don't make this Autopage's problem).
- someBODY actually answers who can answer my questions regarding MTNloaded.

MTN is a telecoms company - why can't we call MTN?
