For the past few WEEKS MTNloaded e-mail users have been unable to attach attachments.
MTN's response (as per SMS after my urgent Query) reads :
"Good Evening Mr Kemp as per our conversation yesterday
please be advised that the MTNloaded email service is currently undergoing infrastructure upgrades
and that you will not be able to send out any emails with attachments until the upgrade is done at the end of march.
"
I'm now borrowing a Telkom e-mail account,
sending my MTNloaded e-mails back and fort to it to attach attachments;
but Telkom's server refuses to deliver them, saying ;

550-dnsbl-1.uceprotect.dnsbl 550-IP 196.25.211.120 is UCEPROTECT-Level 1

I'm not sending friends pictures of cute kittens or babies here;
like 10 000's of small businesses (builders, plumbers, B&B's etc.), whom, for their sins, are with MTN,
we need to send quotes, contracts, invoices DAILY - we can't be down for days let alone WEEKS!!!
MTN's couldn't -care-less attitude!!!
