I applied for a new contract after being with Nashua for more than 10 years. I received my new phone on Friday and was told that a sim swap is required because the new phone uses a micro sim. I expected the phone to be working some time Friday night. On Monday morning it was still not working. I phoned customer service and was told there was a problem with the account. I then went on a business trip.By Thursday evening when I came back the new phone was still not working. I phoned again and was told that the sim swap was cancelled and this would be done again. Friday morning still no service.
Does it take more than a week to get your new phone to work with several phone call required to do so? I am ready to hand it all back and go to another supplier.
