Cell C not supplying Nashua Mobile

I went to the Nashua Mobile Brooklyn store on Monday, 25 February. Upon signing for a new Apple iPhone 5 contract and a port to Cell C, it was made known to me that the phone will be available by Wednesday, 27 February. The sales person that I dealt with was Brian.

After speaking to Brian on Thursday & Friday, Brian informed me that the Cell C sim card was still to be delivered to the store and that the phone had been kept aside so that both the sim card and the phone can be presented to me.

On Monday, 4 March, Brian indicated that the sim card and the phone have yet to be received from the supplier and that no time frame to deliver these products could be provided.

Brian further indicated that Cell C have not been able to supply Nashua Mobile with these phones for a few weeks now. After calling other Nashua Mobile stores in Pretoria, the same message was conveyed.

After waiting for more than a week, I believe that this is unacceptable service from Nashua Mobile and Cell C. I don't think it unreasonable to provide the client with an expected time for a phone to be delivered. I look forward to your assistance in providing me with feedback.
