I had taken my phone into my Nashua Mobile branch for repairs as my S3 screen had been damaged. I received SMS updates and really appreciate those updates. On the 26 August I have received an sms as follows "From Nashua Mobile status update at 26/08/2013 15:42 Ref No#####. Your device was couriered today, it should arrive or be ready for collection within two working days". It is now almost 2 working weeks (10 working days) and I have not been advised if the phone is ready for collection. I had given my branch a call last week Thursday and was told that the phone should be in on Friday but once they receive my phone, they will give me a call to let me know I can go in to pick my phone up. I find that this last SMS was very misleading and that this was a complete as it is way after the "two working days" that I had been promised by Nashua Mobile repair department. Please can you guys advise as I dont feel it legal in terms of the CPA, to give a client a date and not stick to it.
