Will this ever be sorted out???

I have requested for promo sms messages to be cancelled about 5 times now. Everytime I complain, I get an email saying I have been removed from promo sms etc. etc. etc.
But I keep getting the messages, so what is going on with your IT department??

I am fed up now and want this sorted out. Maybe I should speak to the manager if there is one.. because clearly I have not been removed from the promo sms... Is your system dodgy??
