Sim Swap Nightmare

My Daughter has now been without a phone for 7 days. Last Thursday, popped in for the third time to get a sim swap done for my daughter to use her iphone instead of s3 Phone. Great assistance from Dale. Saturday morning S3 stops working, iphone does not start working. Phone Autopage Clearwater looking for dale. Dale busy with customers will phone back. I did this twice. Sunday morning, phone same autopage branch, Dale not working. Speak to person and explain problem. Says no problem that he can see sim activated, must bring phone in. daughter takes phone in. Told sim is damaged and needs to repay for sim swap, oh and on top, I must go in and resign for a sim swap. I lose my cool and I told them it never worked. Told sorry that's all they can do. PLEASE autopage, release me from the 4 phones I have on contract and let me go somewhere else where I can have some service without losing my cool. This is not the first time. Last time retention agent could not bother calling back. Will never renew my contract with you. Been with you for nearly 20 years. disgusting!!!
