I upgraded my cell phone contract on Wednesday 19 June 2013, through Nashua Mobile where I received the best service anyone can dream off, I was told that I will receive my mobile phone within 2-3 working days and then a sim swap will have to be done as my new phone requires a different sim.
My new phone arrived on Friday morning and the sim swap was requested to Cell C on Friday 21 June, 15h00. I am still waiting as my new sim card has not yet been activated.
Cell C tells the Nashua Mobile consultant that the "ticket" is in the queue and we will have to wait 2-24hours (we are talking about this mornings "ticket", what happened to Fridays ticket??? I have been waiting 72hours and nothing yet has happened???
