Shocking Service

On Friday, 21/6, Nashua Mobile Cape Gate ported my Vodacom number to Cell C, and renewed my Nashua Mobile contract. I was told the Cell C contract should be active Saturday 22/6.By Monday 24/6 the contract was still not active. When I phoned I was told the system will activate the RICA component by Thursday 27/6. On Thursday 27/6 I phoned Nashua Mobile Client Services and was told by the Operator, the contract in still not active, but was 100% assured the contract WILL be active Friday morning 28/6. this morning I phoned Nashua Mobile Customer Services again, the Operator this time told me they have the incorrect SIM details, therefor the RICA registration failed. It was changed again and am now told the cell should work tomorrow morning. 7 days to port a cell number. This is shocking bad service! Nashua cannot 100% confirm the cell contract will be active by tomorrow morning. I am willing to state by Monday 1/7, the contract will not be active.
