Extremely dissapointed and frustrated with Cell C

I recently upgraded my contract with Cell C, the delivery of the phone took place within a few days and I was quite impressed with the prompt service... but that's where it ended. The phone was supplied with a micro sim which meant that I could not use my current sim card in the new phone. I called customer services to arrange for a sim swap and they adivsed that it has to be done by another department. They said that they would contact me shortly (Tuesday morning). About 24hours later they tried to phone me but I was in a meeting and missed the call. I called back the call center and they said that I could not talk to the sim swap department as they do not take calls, they advised that I should wait for them to phone me... I waited and by Wednesday afternoon they still did not phone. I then phoned the call center again, same story... until now (Thursday afternoon) no one from Cell C has contacted me... I'm now going into a long weekend with a new phone that I cannot use, there is apparantly also no way to contact this secrative sim swap department. This kind of service is not expected from Cell C.I also upgraded another Cell C contract with Nashua and the sim swap was done immediately
