Proof of contract transfe

Recently i transfered MTN contracts from my name to my fathers can i get proof that this has been done. I would also like copies of all the documentation sent to MTN for the contract transfer please not just copies of the contract all the documentation i sent. The transfer was done at MTN River Square shopping mall Three Rivers.
