WORST ATTITUDE FROM ANES YUNERAN

I JUST HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER FROM ANY CALL CENTRE CALL CENTRE FROM 'ANES YUNERAN.' HE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD FOR MY COMPLAINT AND STARTED ARGUING WITH ME AND THE MANNER IN WHICH HE ADDRESSED ME IS SHOCKING! HE WAS JUST DOWN RIGHT RUDE! NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED BY A CALL CENTRE AGENT IN SUCH A MANNER. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE???! DID THESE PEOPLE NOT GO FOR TRAINING? I AM SERIOUSLY SHOCKED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING SINCE LAST WEEK. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND IF THIS IS THE SERVICE I CAN LOOK FORWARD TO, I SHOULD MAYBE RECONSIDER! I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER AND THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS, SURELY??!!
