Still problems with my upgrade

I upgraded in July 2012. The contract was in my fathers name, and I wanted to move the contract over to my name. I gave all the requested documentation, and a month or two later, I realised the contract is still in my fathers name, and they upgraded me to the wrong contract. I contacted MTN Mooirivier, and explained the situation. They moved the payments over to my account, but it's still the wrong contract and it's still in my fathers name. I contacted Johan Schutte in December last year. He said he would sort it out, but it still hasn't been resolved. I call him frequently, but he ignores my calls and texts. I am truly tired of fighting this fight. I cannot wait until my MTN contracts expire. This is the worst service I have ever had. I only wish I could terminate my contracts earlier.
